BAJADA in PADEL

BAJADA-in-PADEL-

In this video we want to talk about the BAJADA which is the Spanish idiom for attacking the ball after the back glass. It is usually when you are at net position and you have been lobbed.

The ball bounces and hit high up on the glass and comes out and from this position you can attack the ball. This shot is called bajada in padel.

The key point of this shot is that you need to rush back to the wall to get yourself in the ready position and remember only attempt with a ball that is above or at your shoulder height.

You can watch the same tutorial video about Chiquita , Vibora and Bandeja in padel by clicking on their names.
