All products are eligible for return unless stated otherwise on the product page. Please note that some items may not be returnable due to the nature of the product.

You can return your purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

• If the product has been used, opened, or the seal removed, we will not be able to process a refund — unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

• If the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please include the original box, manual, and all accessories when returning it.

If your item is eligible for a return, you can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to submit your request.
Our Returns Team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your claim, and once approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup from your location.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, RacketShop.ae will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
