HEAD Tennis Ball STAGE 3 X3 is specially developed for young beginners who are just starting their tennis journey. Designed for children aged 5 to 8, this ball is part of the ITF’s “Play and Stay” program, helping players learn the fundamentals in a fun and controlled way.

Compared to standard tennis balls, it is 75% slower, larger, and much softer, giving players more time to react and improving control during rallies. This makes it easier for children to develop proper technique, timing, and confidence from the very beginning.

The ball features a red and yellow two-tone felt, which enhances visibility and helps young players track the ball more easily. It is also optimized for use on smaller ITF red courts (11m x 5–6m), making it ideal for junior training sessions and beginner lessons.
